1. Pause

Sit or stand comfortably.

Let your shoulders drop.

Take one slow breath in and one long breath out.

2. Breathe

Try this simple pattern:

Inhale for 4 — Hold for 2 — Exhale for 6

Repeat 4–6 times.

3. Ground

Notice:

•              Your feet on the floor

•              The weight of your body

•              The sounds around you

•              One thing you can see that feels calming

4. Reset

Say quietly to yourself:

“I am here. I am safe. I can slow down.”
